What You’ll Do
Execute construction and finish work to Telos’ exacting standards
Collaborate closely with site leadership and fellow craftsmen
Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety
Bring creativity, discipline, and care to every task — from rough work to final detail
Assist with layout, installation, and quality control
Contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and craftsmanship
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in your trade (carpentry, finish, framing, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
Ability to read plans and follow direction from site leads or superintendents
Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
Familiarity with tools, safety standards, and construction best practices
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
Certifications or licenses relevant to your trade a plus
