You’re not just managing construction sites; you’re orchestrating them. This is hands-on leadership for someone who thrives on momentum, communication, and accountability.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
Maintain detailed project schedules and daily reports
Ensure Telos’ high standards for craftsmanship and finish are met at every stage
Solve problems in real time and keep communication channels clear between field and office
Foster a culture of safety, precision, and professionalism on every site
Qualifications
7+ years of field experience with at least 3 years in a superintendent or site lead role
Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex schedules
Skilled in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
OSHA certification or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to project sites
