At Telos Design + Build, our Project Managers are the bridge between concept and completion — ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and care. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with architects and clients, and oversee projects that marry design integrity with executional excellence.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout
Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and partners to deliver on schedule and budget
Translate design intent into actionable construction plans with clarity and foresight
Maintain transparent communication with clients and uphold Telos standards for quality and professionalism
Identify risks early and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward smoothly
Review drawings, budgets, and schedules to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with design goals
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience managing design-build or general contracting projects
Proven success delivering high-end residential or commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
A passion for design integrity and a commitment to craftsmanship
